I came here for a pizza. The pizzeria serves a lot of clients because of its location rather than food and people come here because of the lifts. As expected, the pizza was mediocre. You almost can't find a decent pizza in the Dolomites, and this place is no exception. While they do have wooden oven, a must for a good pizza, the dough was uninteresting and the cheese was overcooked. Which is typical for the area. The service was excellent and the prices normal. You might consider it if you are nearby, but this is not the place to spend a lot of driving to come. Consider booking ahead most of the time because it gets booked year round. C'è lo avevano consigliato per la pizza, arrivati a mezzogiorno scopriamo il forno spento, pochi problemi abbiamo mangiato piatti più tipici. Antipasto di affettati, buoni, unico neo i funghi scolati male con molto olio sopra il resto. Altri piatti dal deludente al disastroso: antipasto montano anonimo, nulla di eccezionale, appunto deludente; spezzatino di cervo carente di sale e secondo il mio parere molto grasso (c'è da dire che non conosco la carne di cervo, quindi é un parere personale); costine di agnello troppo cotte, risultavano molto secche, anche perché essendo al forno non potevano essere fatte al momento, quindi erano scaldate, spero non al microonde; patatine fritte poco cotte; la nota più dolente arriva con gli involtini di pollo con verdure: per 13 euro arrivano due involtini con circa 50g di pollo l'uno, tracce di verdure, niente contorno e una salsa grassa a base di burro chiaramente non usata per la loro cottura, dato il sapore diverso. Spero di aver avuto sfortuna e che mi abbiano preparato il piatto sbagliandone le quantità, 6.5 per involtino mi sembra esagerato, considerando che la quantità era meno del pastin del piatto montano (pastin, polenta, formaggio piastra e funghi) che costa 15 euro Conto 25 euro a testa, non ci torneremo sicuramente per la cucina, un futuro magari la pizza, anche se viste le premesse 2 stelle e non 1 per la location,...

I was on a weekend trip with a friend and we decided to eat there, since we had an accomodation nearby. Even though we came not even half an hour after opening, it was filled.
