One of the most unusual restaurants I've ever been to! Basically a small trailer containing a wood burning pizza oven parked by a canal in a vineyard! You order your desired pizza from a menu of about 20 toppings, they mix the dough flatten it and the toppings from fresh ingredients bake it in the oven and in about 5 or 6 minutes you have your pizza! Ottima pizza take away a Sant'Erasmo di fronte all'albergo il Lato Azzurro, fronte mare vicino alla darsena e al ristorante I Tedeschi e la spiaggia Bacan. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Capannone. Personale gentilissimo, pizza d'altri tempi: non troppo abbondante, soffice, leggera con prodotti freschi e biologici. Prezzi "ridicolosamente economici" per il prodotto eccellente che viene offerto a una velocità super: in tre minuti siete già seduti sul prato o sopra l'argine fronte laguna a mirare la natura mangiandoci un'ottima pizza e bevendovi un'ottima birre.
