We as a family with 2 children (1 &3 years) were waiting 45 minutes for risotto and Gnocchi and get them only after asking the waiter if we have to wait longer. Risotto extremly salty, Gnocchi were simply cooked with cheese seeming missing any herbs. Should have gone to Lidl and have cooked by myself to avoid the stress there. No baby chair was offered for our 1 year old, although there were some. They charged expensive coperto also for the baby which was eating in our stroller. I asked why they charge coperto for babies and they answered it was for the service. Service extremely rude. Some italian people shouted at the waiter to get more vine. Simply avoid this restaurant. Io e la mia ragazza avevamo prenotato un posto per sabato sera, ci presentiamo al ristorante e dopo aver aspettato diversi minuti un cameriere ci dice di aspettare fuori e che il proprietario a breve ci avrebbe fatto accomodare. Dopo aver aspettato quasi mezz' ora vediamo che fa sedere prima due altre persone arrivate 15 minuti dopo di noi, la mia ragazza allora entra per ribadire al proprietario che noi avevamo prenotato ed era ormai più di mezz'ora che eravamo fuori ad attendere quindi lui spazientito e un con un fare che poco si addice a chi dovrebbe gestire un ristorante per non dire maleducato, ci accompagna in questa saletta con due tavoli in croce, da soli e ci fa sedere su questo tavolino malconcio , letteralmente ci lancia due menù e se ne va. Quasi increduli del trattamento a noi riservato ci sorge spontaneo chiederci perché metterci in quella saletta e non nell altra dove effettivamente svolgevano il servizio ristorante, quindi incuriositi andiamo a vedere l' altra sala e la troviamo quasi vuota con con pochi tavoli occupati e quelli vuoti già pronti e apparecchiati. Io posso capire che sabato c'è molta affluenza e si fa fatica a stare dietro a tutto ma io se prenoto mi aspetto il tavolo non dico subito appena arrivo ma almeno non farmi passare davanti altre persone e soprattutto non mettermi nella salettina da solo con i tavoli vecchi e sgangherati, più adibita a ripostiglio e trattandomi in malomodo solo perché ti chiedo che fine ha fatto il mio tavolo che ti ho prenotato tre giorni prima per più di mezz'ora fa. Con questo concludo che ce ne siamo andati poco dopo alla ricerca di un altro ristorante che meritasse i miei soldi e che per fortuna sono riuscito a trovare nonostante avessi perso gran parte della serata tra attese e i molto poco maturi dispetti del molto poco gentile...

I don't know why this restaurant gets so many positive reviews. The staff completely ignored us while we were waiting to ask for a table. Once we finally got to talk to someone, he literally ran away to say hello to some of his friends that arrived and talked to them for a while.
