Hotel Ristorante Margherita — Restaurant in Vernio

Service 0/10 we told the server we are ready to order 15m passed while shes roaming around and didnt take our order...,unbelievable..,until i literally standed infront of the kitchens door and then the manager saw me and i told him...,paid 12€ for 2 units of chicken fries and some chips....unbelievable such a really bad service food...,literally the worst restaurant ive been to.(the server was literally laughing with the clients in a lot of time she didnt have anything to do, i dont have a problem with the owner/black hair girl server,that blonde server made mistakes u shouldnt ignore(owner)..., as i told you we told her we want to order and she didnt come to take our order until u took it...,i used google translate application its not any unprofessional way to translate...+ that doesnt justify the fact only 2 chicken fries and some low quality chips 12€!!!!!!, the fact u r saying you are generous for discounting 2 €!!!!!! Omg..no way this is happening, i said everything was fine because it would be so rude to say it in ur face that the food isnt the Slightest like how we thought it would..the restaurant isnt a restaurant for everyone its more for the regulars and italian workers as i saw... If youre blonde worker worked her job properly probably my opinion would've been more positive and my problem would only be with the unreasonably expensive food...but...as you can see she wasnt the kind of server a client wants...(dont get me wrong you as owner were well behaved and i truly respect you along with the brunette girl) but that blond made me so angry i was itching to stop myself( i went on a 30m running laps around the apartment to calm...

We had a great trip in Italy. Hotel owners were very generous with their guests. The hotel is located in a very beautiful tourist area. Food, drink and location are great, and the price is very good for a region so beautiful. Our experience was even better as we have decided to get married here. I noticed that Vito and Elisabeta, hotel owners are very friendly to their guests. With us it was a greater experience because we got married in their city, and Vito and Elizabeth kindly agreed to witness our marriage. Vito helped us with specific guidance to all those who could help us. And people in general were very generous. I had no idea that all people, from mayor to all those who worked in the town hall to be so close with tourists. They helped us so much, especially as we could not talk in Italian, being English and Romanian speakers only.||In short I highly recommend everyone who wants to feel good, enjoy a warm vacation to go to Hotel Ristorante Margherita in Montepiano, Vernio,...
