Il luogo è molto bello peccato che sia capitato nelle mani sbagliate. A gestirlo infatti una persona che dovrebbe cambiare mestiere, vista la sua innata incapacità di relazionarsi con il cliente. Sono andata lì a festeggiare il mio compleanno e mi sono vista rifiutare la torta comprata in un laboratorio artigianale a Km 0 di nome Dolce Tuscia perchè, secondo il suo modesto parere, era paragonabile ad un prodotto da supermercato. Dopo avermi così umiliata davanti a tutti gli invitati, probabilmente resosi conto della terribile gaffe, alla fine del pranzo ha fatto sporzionare la torta( buonissima tra l'altro). E anche ammessa una mia leggerezza nel non preannunciare all'atto della prenotazione la presenza della torta, sarebbe bastato che in maniera educata, gentile e riservata mi avesse fatto presente che in simili occasioni non si accettano dolci dall'esterno, senza sperticarsi in commenti degni di una lavandaia. La questione risiede, come già detto, nell'incapacità di questo signore di relazionarsi con i clienti. Non mi è mai capitata tanta ignoranza così concentrata in un proprietario di un ristorante. Non siamo andati via solo per via della tarda ora. Fra le altre cose niente di eccezionale come qualità di cibo, servizio scarso e abbastanza salato come prezzi. Un posto da evitare...
