Such an HORRIBLE an HORRENDOUS service, I’LL NEVER BE BACK !!! We were sitting there drinking our drinks and enjoying our food, until at a certain point, out of the blue, the bouncer at the entry told us to get out of the table where we were sitting at, because it was already reserved by somebody else; Even though before these people were arriving, clearly the staff let us stay in that table without any type issue and without warning us before about it. So once these people arrived I asked him if there was another table, since we have ordered some other drinks, and we were ready to order many other drinks more, but he said that everything was full and he didn’t had nowhere to let us sit so basically we were forced to go away … TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, because you would never tell to a customer to leave, after he is spending his MONEY in your bar. I asked him if he could’ve gave us at least 2 minutes to finish the drinks and to take the other ones that we were waiting for, so we could leave somewhere else, but he started to YELL and BARKING at me very AGGRESSIVELY telling me that he can not lose this customer and if we would’ve stayed more he would’ve lost his work and the customer …. PATHETIC !!!! Cause now you lost a customer when you could’ve two customers and make them both happy. But anyways TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE, and I hope the bouncer will lose his job because he clearly doesn’t do it well, as he has a ATTITUDE and he treats customers very BADLY and POORLY going against the...

Erano anni che ci passavo davanti nel fine settimana e l'ho sempre visto strapieno di persone. Il locale è in una zona dove non ce n'è molti, ma il suo successo non poteva risiedere solo in questo (la gente può benissimo spostarsi altrove). Finalmente, ci sono stato nel bel mezzo della settimana, quindi non in un giorno di grande affluenza. La musica è un po' alta (sono stato seduto all'aperto su un divanetto, ma ci sono dei diffusori esterni un po' "invadenti" per potenza; immagino che alla clientela giovane, che rappresenta la maggioranza dell'utenza, la cosa non dia fastidio). Ho gustato un Valpolicella (chi era con me un Hugo, "fatto bene") ma la sorpresa è stata ciò che ci hanno portato per accompagnare le bevande. Normalmente lo standard dei bar di Padova prevede una porzione di patatine servita in una specie di posacenere (a prescindere da quante persone siano sedute al tavolo). Qui, la musica è diversa: una grande coppa di patatine (confezionate), e in aggiunta un tagliere con porchetta tagliata sottile, accompagnata da polenta fritta, pasta da pizza fritta, pane e una fetta di focaccia alla cipolla. Conosco questo posto da anni e ci andavo spesso, mi sono sempre trovata bene, i drink vengono fatti bene e nell’orario dell’aperitivo vengono offerti stuzzichini, pizza, patatine, porchetta ecc. Mi dispiace che l’ultima volta che ci sono stata a gennaio ho trovato un buttafuori parecchio sgarbato perché non trovando parcheggio abbiamo atteso un paio di minuti finché non se n’è andato un cliente su una nota macchina lussuosa e noi abbiamo parcheggiato al posto suo, il buttafuori in maniera molto grezza ci ha detto di spostarla che sennò avrebbe chiamato la polizia, dopo una breve discussione con quel personaggio ci siamo girati e siamo andati via. Sul posto dove abbiamo parcheggiato c’è da dire che passa una pista ciclabile ma visto i parcheggi limitati puntualmente nel fine settimana quando il local è pieno la gente parcheggia anche sulla pista ciclabile lasciando comunque il marciapiede libero. Si vede che quella sera ha voluto dar fastidio a noi e ci è riuscito. Mi sono sentita abbastanza a disagio essere attaccata verbalmente da uno sconosciuto in pubblico.
