Ristorante Pizzeria al Centro Sportivo — Restaurant in Villa Cortese

We ordered burgers, and all of them was raw inside. We sent one back after eating about a quarter of it. Instead of preparing a new one, the cook just took that same burger, cooked it again, and brought it back to us — already opened and touched. No apology, no offer for a replacement or anything else. The burger in the photo was a different one — that one was only undercooked at the very end, but the rest of the meat was okay, so we didn’t return it since we had already eaten almost the whole thing. This kind of service is unacceptable and unhygienic. It’s not about the meat being a ‘bit rare’ — all burgers was raw, and the way the staff handled it shows a complete lack of professionalism...

Pizze here is the best we have ever experienced! We always take the diavola with mozarella di buffala because it is just perfect! The meat is delicious and nice and spicy. The mozza di buffala is gorgeous. Staff are always welcoming and enthusiastic and the owner is a real character! You can tell he loves his place and takes care of his patrons with passion! They seem to always be busy here and it is a reflection of how good the food and service is! And no matter how busy it is, service is always fast and friendly. We always make a point to eat here when we are in the area or...

Ho deciso di passare un sabato a pranzo con i miei familiari in questo locale, di cui mi hanno sempre decantato la qualità del cibo. Ho cercato di degustare qualsiasi portata di tutti i miei invitati. Partendo dalla pizza con una super fragranza, croccantezza e morbidezza allo stesso tempo cotta al punto giusto insomma, anche se alcune bruciature sui bordi avrei cercato di evitarle (ma ci può stare!). Mentre la grigliata mista di pesce devo dire buona, anche se a mio avviso il gamberone e lo scampo penso che siano congelati (lo si capisce quando si cerca di togliere la corazza e parte del pesce rimane attaccata) però molto gustoso, profumato e cmq tutto sommato un ottimo voto per la qualità/prezzo. Risotto un po' cotto, sapore gustoso voto 7 e mezzo. Mentre il filetto della carne con le nocciole e porcini posso dire che la carne è molto buona, cottura media perfetta, peccato per il sughetto dei funghi porcini che si sente poco (porcino coltivato?). Cmq è un posto di cui voglio tornare assolutamente, mi son trovato veramente bene per cortesia, simpatia e degustare altro....
