Wow! A trattoria worth of Michelin Star (or two). An antipasto comprised of five small, in season vegetable dishes, blew my mind. Everything was incredibly creative and EXPLODING with flavour. I loved the twist on traditional Veneto ‘in soar’ pumpkin and caponata in basket of Parmesan cheese. All this followed by simple buy incredibly succulent gnocchi in porcini mushroom sauce were the best I had in Italy so far (and we’ve been living here for 3 years, so it counts for something).
