It was terrible experience. The waiter spilled my wine glass by mistake and the glass was broken and my hat was wet with wine. Ok. It can happen. He washed my hat straight away without asking me if its washable, without any word, and he didn't say 'sorry', rather Very arrogant. I only asked another wine glass cus its broken and he said, 'since you are very precise person, better to clean what yr daughter did on the table.' What??? We arrived 0710 and he came to take an order 0800 it took so long to take an order so my 2 yrs old daughter was starvjng, exhaused and started to play with decoration on the table. He was so offended on what i said which is 'can u bring me another wine glass?' The antipasto served at 0824 which is 1 hr 15mins later than we came.
At the end, when i pay, i had to tell the story and i said we were not happy of your behaivior. And amazingly, the cashire and the waiter was reacting badly and didnt say sorry till the end. If u wanna have a relaxing pleasant vacation, this place is not...

We had originally stopped by for the beautiful panoramic view of Volterra and the Era Valley available at the parking lot. We went in following the grill aroma and clink of dishes and silverware. The service was sophisticated and friendly, I heard service folks speaking to customers easily in English, French, Italian, and German. In our 6 day trip around Southern Tuscany this was certainly the best. Between the view, ambiance, service, and amazing food this will be an experience to remember.

A truly unforgettable Tuscan experience! We stumbled upon Osteria Villa Felice while exploring Volterra, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking rolling hills, olive groves, and golden sunsets that look like something out of a painting.
The food? Outstanding. Don’t miss the pizza either it’s thin, crispy, and packed with flavour, I ordered 2 for myself.🥹🥹😍
