Un Bistrot di grande qualità !! Prima volta in questo ristorante nella zona artigianale est di Casateia. Il locale si presenta informale, accogliente, con un arredamento minimale molto curato e una meravigliosa terrazza con vista sulle montagne di Racines. I piatti proposti sono squisiti, di qualità e realizzati con ottime materie prime, il servizio è cordiale e professionale. Abbiamo assaggiato Antipasto Pretzhof, Carpaccio di manzo formaggio di monte semi di girasole, Roastbeef di manzo finferli crema di formaggio fresco. Bonus per il Roastbeef di manzo veramente favoloso. Il ristorante propone piatti con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Prenotazione assolutamente consigliata. Se siete in zona è una tappa obbligata.

Zum ersten mal den Pretzhof Gasteig in der Zona Artigianale Est, 39040 Casateia BZ besucht. Den Pretzhof in Wiesen kennen wir schon seit Jahrzehnten und gehört zu den Lieblingsrestaurants. Die neue Location natürlich absolut anders, sehr stylisch, mit überdachter Aussenterrasse, die wir wetterbedingt nicht nutzen konnten. Innen alles sehr sachlich und aufgeräumt, aber keinesfalls ungemütlich. Auf der einen Seite Verkaufsbereich für Käse, Speck, etc. und im anderen Bereich das kleine Restaurant. Kleine Karte, ausgewählte Weine und das Essen absolut ansprechend. Service sehr freundlich.
