It's too bad because the atmosphere and the view is spectacular, the service was also nice and prompt, the food however was terrible!! The cook is definitely not a chef, every dish ordered were either tasteless, or too salty. The pasta carbonara was so poorly done with the cheapest ham you can find at the market. Not guanciale or pancetta even, I really think they don't know how to make it, it tasted like it's made of butter and salt only with cheap ham. They must think we are tourist who doesn't know any better. It's a shame we live in sicily and never had this bad carbonara. The pasta aglio olio was tasteless, my seafood pasta was so bland and the mussel appetizer were so tiny and rubberish. Even a simple cheesecake dessert ( or whatever that is with red sauce) was horrendous!! Shame on this kitchen. The only plus point is the wine, generous...

Wir wurden mit der Frage empfangen, ob wir reserviert hätten. Nein, hatten wir nicht. "One moment!" Nach einigen Minuten fragten wir einen anderen Kellner. "Two minutes!" Nach 5 Minuten fragten wir eine Kellnerin. "I don't speak English!" Als wir schon gehen wollten, wurden wir doch zu einem Tisch geleitet. Damit waren 3 von 6 Tischen auf der Terrasse besetzt, was sich im Lauf des Abends nicht änderte. Die Lage etwas erhöht am Strand ist wunderschön. Das Lokal kann sich aber nicht entscheiden, ob es ein "normales " oder ein gehobenes Restaurant sein will. Das Personal verwechselt wohl umständlich mit vornehm. Das Essen war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich, der Wein ausgezeichnet. Die Platte mit gegrilltem Fisch bestand hauptsächlich aus Tintenfischen und Scampis - aber egal. Billig war sie nicht, aber auch kein Nepp. Beim Bezahlen hatte ich den Eindruck, dass der Chef zum ersten Mal eine Registrierkasse bediente, aber ich bekam einen leckeren...

Cominciamo dicendo che il posto per mangiare non è male! Ha un menù ricco di cibo e bevande di ogni genere e camerieri ed il responsabile sono molto cordiali e simpatici. Hai la possibilità di consumare i pasti anche in spiaggia godendo di un ottima vista su mare (ovviamente pagando un extra). Ora mi vorrei soffermare su questa piccola parte perché se andrete a pranzo/cena lì si potrà mangiare all'aperto come detto sopra ed è tutto ok ma se invece avete prenotato al residence per fermarvi qualche giorno e avete mezza pensione/ pensione completa non aspettatevi di poter cenare all'aperto anche se i posti sono disponibili perché non sarà possibile per voi!
