Extremely polite and friendly staff. We got here before opening time and that seams to be a problem in Italy but not here. They offered the menu right away and did mention a wait time for pizza as the oven was getting heated. Got to take pictures of the wood burning fire. Food was amazing. One of the best pizzas we had in 15+ days in Italy. We returned the next day to try other items...

Llegamos a las 21,00h, el restaurante estaba lleno i nos dieron mesa, ok todo genial, nos comentan que con tanta gente no saben si nos podrán dar pizzas para cenar, bonito detalle. Decidimos pedir pasta para no tener que esperar..... Craso error. Cuando después de una hora, a las 22,15 le preguntamos que sucede con nuestra pasta, nos dice que ahora entra nuestro pedido, que empiezan a prepararlo i todavía tardará un cuarto de hora más..... Pues se enfadó cuando le recriminamos su falta de atención i la tardanza, encima la tía se molestó. Si la capacidad de tu restaurante son 200 personas, no quieras hacer 300..... Igual que nos advirtieron que las pizzas no sabrían si podrían servirnos, pues como mínimo comentar que en cocina tienes un embudo i tardarás mucho más de lo normal. Total ni una disculpa ni ningún tipo de arrepentimiento, al contrario ellos tenían mucha gente i hacían lo que podían...... No sé si en todos los días de verano harán lo mismo. Ah por cierto la mesa de al lado se marchó por justamente el mismo motivo que nosotros, la tardanza. En fin, espero que...
