Bamboo Bar & Lounge

Parking: there was no parking because everything was being used for a car wash had to go to Hilo parking lot across the road.

Customer service: poor was not greeted when she approached to give us the menue, had to point out to the server that the glass was cracked.

Bartender: needs alot more training, the mixed liquors were poor...all you tasted was just the alcohol.

Food: they do not tell you what is not available before hand...there wasn't alot of people there and they still took long with the food, fries were cold by the time they got to us, the pork could've been done alittle more so that it could be Abit easier to come...

The environment was ok and the waitress made it worthwhile, the food on the other hand was just mid. The card machine stopped working while we were there so we had to walk over to the Hilo. Went there for the environment and friends but stayed for the great customer service and the fact that we were already there. That said it's still great to know you can chill while your car gets washed and vacuum, just remember that if you go as a group you probably won't be able to...
