Biters Garden Restaurant and sports bar — Restaurant in undefined

The service we received was despicable let’s start there. We had initially called to order and the lady who answered the phone sounded all kinds of frustrated with taking our order (it was an order for five people, still doesn’t excuse the attitude.) Upon reaching there for pickup we stood at the window for about five minutes before we were addressed. The service still wasn’t any better than over the phone. We had to wait for our fries to be ready because they didn’t want them to get soggy, okay fine. However, upon receiving the food, only two out of the five were bagged for us, we didn’t receive any forks or napkins and when the chef came out with the remaining three meals that we ordered with fries, we asked for bags to put the boxes in and we were told “the bags are right there” which was on their side of the counter mind you, so my mom had to stretch over to get the forks and plastic bags. We proceeded to ask for a shopping bag to just put everything in and one was thrown down atop our foods. The service we received insinuated that we were bothering or begging these people and they wanted to dismiss us asap. It was very disappointing and disgusting. Now let’s talk about the food. One of the orders was curried goat and it tasted bland and similar to cardboard. The fish didn’t seem to have any significant seasoning either. The fried chicken, fries and cow head were normal. Nothing to write home about. I’ve dined here once before years ago and to see what this establishment has come to is very disheartening and will certainly discourage a next visit from myself and/or family members. Biters Garden Restaurant is a cozy chill spot for people of all ages. The restaurant had jerk chicken and pork, cow foot and the usual dishes. The jerk chicken was really good. Too much heat was coming from the kitchen to the pick up window, maybe a fan could help to get out some of that heat. The ambiance was clean and spacious fitting for parties and family get-together.
