Can you say "Value for your money" ...? Well you get that at Tsang. I was first introduced to Tsang by my brother and was surprised by the portion sizes, especially with the choy fan (a box with 2 meats, vegetables and rice).
I'm not a big fan of their sweet and sour chicken because it's a note size piece of chicken wrapped in flour drizzled with sweet and sour sauce (mostly flour).
My go to is chicken steak with fried rice, one larger order is enough to feed two persons; my kids love it.
I also like their mallah fish because of the balance of spices (their other fish dishes don't taste noticably different). Most of their noodle dishes are oily and the veggie chop suey / chow mein could do with a bit more veggies and less noodles.
Don't go their expecting gourmet Chinese food, it's pretty much the Chinese equivalent of a Jamaican cook shop.

They never had any pork recently but the sweet and sour fish was just as nice. I bought a chicken steak too and me taste some and it just as nice.
Tsang for me is the go to for quick food and reasonable service. I say that because you go some shops and they wouldn't sell you extra vegetables or less rice and more veg. They say they don't do that. But here, you say what you want and the price change with it. I think that's what all customers want. You have to pay for...
Read moreIt's "Jamaican " Chinese takeout! My husband and I always get the Mala Shrimp it's so tasty with a lil kick of spice. The place is standing only. Order through a grilled window. It always takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the time of day to get the order. However I know that our food takes longer because it's cooked to order. I've seen alot of orders for the fried chicken but I don't eat ground animals. We've been there at different times of the day and it is always busy. The food is hot and our Shrimp are always perfectly cooked. Hats off to the Chef! It's always a stop for lunch or dinner when we have business...
