OLIVE HILL — Restaurant in Ageo

My recent visit left me with mixed feelings, and I believe it's important to share both the positive and negative aspects of my experience.

Upon ordering a 25cm pizza, I was disappointed to receive a noticeably smaller pizza than expected. As I was dining in, I decided to address the issue with the staff. They were understanding and agreed to replace the pizza, which I appreciated.

However, the downside of the experience was the wait time for the replacement. Waiting for a new pizza diminished the enjoyment of the overall dining experience. It's disheartening when a simple mistake affects the timeliness of a meal, especially when you're hungry and looking forward to enjoying a delicious pizza.

While the staff was apologetic, and I understand that there may be variations in size due to different factors, but a noticeable difference like this is hard to overlook. A business must maintain consistency, especially when it comes to something as fundamental as portion sizes. I hope Olive Hill can improve its quality control to ensure that such discrepancies are minimized.

On a positive note, once the replacement pizza arrived, it met the expected size, and the flavors were enjoyable. The staff's efforts to rectify the situation were appreciated, but the initial hiccup and subsequent wait time left me feeling less than satisfied with the overall experience.

I hope this feedback contributes to improvements in both portion consistency and service efficiency...

チラシが入ってサイゼリア価格帯の様なので行ってみました。 満席で何人か待っていましたが席数が多いので並んでも苦になりませんでした。従業員の動きも慣れないながらもテキパキやろう感が伝わってきましたね。好感がもてました。 待ち時間の間にネット検索すると、ジョリーパスタの系列らしい事がわかりました。 順番がきて、名前を呼ばれると同時に席番号の札を渡されます。席に設置してあるタッチパネルから注文する方式である事と水などはドリンクバーで対応するセルフ方式だと説明されました。 タッチパネルの操作性はとても良くて誤注文の心配はまずありませんね。 メニューは概ね400～600辺りが中心なのかな？ また、ハーフピザとかセットドリンクバーなどの補完的なメニューも充実している印象を受けました。 パスタと380円のドミグラスソースハンバーグ、ハーフピザを注文しました。 ドリンクバーはかなり充実しています。 満席にも関わらず、程なく注文品が次々に運ばれ来ました。厨房オペがきちんとしている証拠です。 味は普通に美味しいレベルかな。コスパはかなりいいですね。 ハンバーグに関しては、肉汁ジュワジュワではありません。ソースで食べてください的な感じです。 ピザは薄い生地のタイプです。 全体としては、味は普通に美味しいのに値段安い、メニューは豊富、価格は安い店、接客はよい、というところです。 格差社会で増え続ける貧困層を応援してくれるこのような店はどんどん増えて欲しい、その気持ちを込めて自分的には高ランク人に推薦できる店を意味する星4とさせていただきます。 言い忘れましたがドラッグストアセキと共同利用の駐車場は広々としています。 何...
