Stopped for some grilled squid. Took about 5 minutes, was cooked over hot coals. Very tender, seasoned with salt, and served with mayo. 1,000 yen per piece. Opens early which is nice. Didn’t see all the hanging squid though like in other pictures.

塩辛、なまら旨い~‼️ 今まで食べたどんな塩辛とも違う。 こりゃ旨い。文句なく旨い。 個人的にはもう少ししょっぱくてもいいが(早死にするぞ) これなら塩辛苦手な人でも食えますね。 酒のアテには最高。 特に燗酒には無敵ーング！ でも、ご飯のおかずにはもうチョイしょっぱくてもいいかも(早死にするってば) 今はイカが高いからこの値段はお得でしょう。 いや~旨い。酒が止まらん。 茹でたジャガイモにのっけて食うならもう少ししょっぱくてもいいかも (ダメだこりゃ)

くろくまの滝を見た後に立ち寄りました。朝8時から開店しています。 焼きイカは1枚500円で海の駅わんどより150円安いです。注文してから焼き上げてくれますが、食べる場所が無いので海の駅わんどのベンチで頂きました。塩辛も絶品です。今までイカの塩辛は苦手だったのですがワタの臭みも無く肉厚の身が沢山詰め込まれています。小（650円）を買ったのですが大を買えば良かった。鯵ヶ沢に来たらまた立ち寄ろうと思います。

塩辛を求めて鯵ヶ沢まで足を伸ばして買いに 行きました。 こちらでイカの塩辛を買いましたが、以前より イカの不漁のせいか、かなり値上がりして いました。 ちなみに、大で2000円、小で1000円だったと 思います。 イカが、その辺で売っているものとは大違いで 一切れがデカイ。歯ごたえが全然違います。 ここの塩辛食べたら、その辺の塩辛食べれなく なります。 世話になっている人に大の方を差し上げたら、 あっという間に食べてしまったそうです。 今回買ったのがそうなのか、汁気がちょっと 少ない...

イカうまい！！！ その場で炭火？で焼いてもらえるのですが、外側はパリっと香ばしく、でも中はしっとりな焼き具合、マヨをたっぷりつけていただくと、至福(^^) ややしょっぱめですが、イカの味が濃いので、バランス的にもよき、です。 待っている間に、お姉さんが手際よくイカを焼いているところを眺めるのも楽しかったです。 塩辛も買いましたがまだ開封しておらず、、、今日の晩ごはんにいただく予定。 青森は遠いのでなかなかお伺いできませんが、立ち寄ることがで...
