I stayed at Hotel Prefort for a night and had the chance to try Akashia both for dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I ordered the tempura set, which was well-prepared—crispy, light, and satisfying. Breakfast the next morning was also enjoyable, with a good balance of flavors that felt fresh and comforting.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, which added to the overall experience. While it may not be the most extravagant washoku spot, it delivers exactly what you’d want from a hotel restaurant: tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, and service with a smile.

Bottom line: A reliable choice whether you’re staying at Prefort or just looking for a solid Japanese meal...
