Ramen is tasty and the special is oyster miso. Seems like the owner is a hunter as there're a few taxidermy trophies in the restaurant. It got quite busy when we were there (probably due to the lack of restaurants in the area too) and there was some waiting time required.

牡蠣ラーメンの味噌味です。中粒の牡蠣が5粒ほど乗っています。麺は細めの白色系。スープはあっさり系。濃い系ガツン系が好きな私には物足りませんでした。でも牡蠣が入るのだから当たり前かもしれませんね。牡蠣のエキス（旨味）がスープに出ているかと言われると？ですが、具として牡蠣はしっかり旨味が残っていて美味しいです。「チャーシューの代わりに牡蠣」というのがピタリでしょうか。ごちそうさまでした！ちなみに私は醤油や塩の方が好きかな。

2024/02/18 訪問地元民とハンターにも愛されるラーメン店厚岸あたりで鹿撃ちをする時にいつもお世話になっています。尾幌駅辺で唯一の飲食店なのて、営業してくれるだけで有難く、採点なんておこがましいですが一応つけておこう。街中華的なラーメンは細麺で伸びやすいので、急いで食べたいのですが、頼んだ味噌ホルモンラーメンは、油の層が蓋の役割をしていてメッチャ熱々で冷めません。なのて口の中の火傷は必須です(笑)

入りやすい雰囲気と、車が数台止まっていたので入店。野菜味噌ラーメンを注文　麺は白に近く極細なのでびっくり　食べるとスープはあっさり　仄かに酸味を感じたが　ツレは醤油を頼んだが同じく仄かな酸味を感じたようだ、しかし気になるほどではない。　釧路ラーメンの特長は　あっさり、細麺というらしく　なるほどその通り!　店内の壁にはエゾ鹿の顔のみの剥製が飾られ北海道らしいレトロな雰囲気、店の女将さんは愛想無いが嫌な感じは無く　それもまた　田舎にある食堂の雰囲気と...
