五斗長垣内遺跡に併設されているカフェまるごキッチンさんで、遺跡を眺めながら五斗長垣内ランチを頂きました。 身体に良さそうなランチ、とっても美味しかったです。

中でもメインのキッシュが、どうすればこの味になるのかと思うような、優しさの中にとても満足感のある美味しいキッシュでした。もう2個くらい食べたかった。

「淡路市：淡路島 カフェ まるごキッチン」 2022年9月にバイクツーリングの途中で立ち寄りました。昔の人々がどのように暮らしていたかなどに興味がありました。その遺跡のそばにはカフェもあってかなり良かったのでお勧めします。 このまるごキッチンは五斗長垣内遺跡の目の前にあります。今からおよそ1,800～1,900年前の弥生時代後期に鉄器づくりを行っていたムラの跡を見ながらランチを取ることができます。 今回頼んだのは看板メニューっぽい五斗長ランチ880円です。カレーも気になったのですがまたいつか食べてみたいです。ランチは野菜キッシュの他、数種類の副菜と古代米で構成されていて特別感がありました。 目の前が風景のいい遺跡なのですが、こんな環境で食べたのは初めてです。史跡・遺跡ファンには最高の環境ではないでしょうか。目の前を子供達が楽し気に駆けていくのを見ていると「もしかしたら太古の住民たちの幼子もこんな風に駆けていたのかも。」と感慨深くなりました。
