One of my most favorite ramen shop that I had revisited. I love how they grilled the pork. They smells soooooo nice and super tender. The ramen noodle is thick and soft, the soup is very thick and yummy. I cannot get over how yummy the pork is so I had to order an extra rice bowl. The price is relatively cheap for the portion, and very very delicious. First time I visited around noon and had to wait quite long. Second time I visited around 2pm, there was no queue at all....

何度目かの訪問。あわら市金津町にあるラーメン店です。建物は以前和食店だったものを居抜きで営業しています。あまりラーメン店らしい雰囲気はしません。が、味が良ければ構わないと思ったのでしょうか、実際に昼時にはお客さんも多く、店員も5人体制。あまり待つことなく食べられました。

あっさりラーメン系、こってりラーメン系、まぜそば系、その他とメニューはいくつかの系統に分かれていますが、僕はまぜそば系を食べることが多いです。坂井市あわら市近辺ではまぜそば系を出すところは少ないからです。この日は「にんにくまぜそば」。連れは「鶏白湯まぜそば」を注文。にんにくは来た瞬間強烈なにんにく臭が。品名に偽りなし、好きな人にはたまりません。具や味の方も、少し濃いめなのが好みが分かれそうですが、全体的に上手くまとめられています。鶏白湯の方も濃厚でまろやかな感じで美味しかったです(この後2日間にんにく臭が抜けませんでした…強烈。)。グリーンカレーそばというのがあり、なかなかの完成度、オススメです。餃子や唐揚げなどサイドメニューもありますよ。

マンガもたくさん置いてあり待ち時間も退屈しませんでした。客層は様々でしたが、ガテン系の人が多い印象です。メニューにパンチがあるからかな。あっさり系は食べたことがないので試してみたいです。
