I can’t say enough good things about Ramen GOEN in Ayase. Their miso ramen and spicy miso are on another level—rich, deep, and bursting with flavor. The broth is silky but not overpowering, and when you pair it with extra seaweed, it becomes absolute perfection. Every bite feels like comfort in a bowl. The noodles have that perfect spring, and the chashu practically melts the moment you bite into it.

Now, compare that to Dirty Ramen—and the name really says it all. Their broth tasted greasy and flat, more like flavored hot water than ramen. The noodles were soggy, the toppings felt like an afterthought, and honestly, I left more disappointed than full. Where Goen makes you want to savor every last drop, Dirty Ramen makes you want to push the bowl away halfway through.

If you love ramen that actually has care, balance, and flavor, GOEN is the place to go. Dirty Ramen doesn’t even come close—it’s like comparing a gourmet meal to instant noodles left sitting out too long.
