Ramen Yamaokaya, Bihoro — Restaurant in Bihoro

The restuarant is very easy to find since its located on the main road and on the opposite of the big supermarket.

We dropped by this town and had got a chance to have dinner here.

We order two type of Ramen one was the spicy one and another was original.

The soup was really great: it was thick and rich while the sliced shachu porks were very soft and tender.

I can say this is one of my favourite in Hokkaido and of course in Japan. We will surely visit this resturant again if we get a chance to come back.

店外まで漂う匂いが苦手で、いままでお伺いしたことはありませんでしたが、この度、前回販売時気になっていた「鬼煮干し」が再発売と知り、ついに初訪問致しました。 懸案だったあの独特の匂いは、お店に入っても、特に感じられませんでした。 開店早々でしたが、先客が数名いらっしゃいました。さほど待たず提供されたラーメンは、、事前の情報収集で知っていましたが、たしかにスープは液体とは呼べないほどの粘度です。一口すすると、煮干しの味が濃い！これは確かに鬼煮干しです。しかし煮干しの雑味は感じません。 麺は、小麦感が強く、札幌ラーメンらしい麺ではないような。 初なのでわかりませんが、通常のメニューの麺とは違うのかもしれませんね。 食べ進めていくと、慣れていくのか、過剰な煮干し感は薄らいでいき、最後まで美味しく頂けました。スープに入っている玉ねぎもいいですね。 こんなに美味しいなら、もっと早く来てい...
