Ai Bakery — Restaurant in Chizu

A wonderful countryside / mountain-top bakery and cafe. The views of the valley and mountains from Ai Bakery are superb. You can choose to sit indoors, on an indoor verandah or an outdoor verandah. The cakes, pastries and bread are all delicious. I had a very creative cheese, bacon and shiso pastry - the shiso went so well with the cheese and bacon. I also had the French toast (with sour cream, ice cream and blueberry jam) - the best French toast I've tasted anywhere. 買ったパンは🍞どれも美味しく、特にカレーパンは、スパイシーな辛さの中にフルーツの甘味があり、大人も子どもも大好き間違いなし！のパンだと思いました 山奥にあるため、気軽に行けるわけではありませんが、それでもまた行って「他のパンも食べてみたいな」と、思わせるパンとお店だと思います。 お休みの日のドライブに丁度いいですね😃
