Not very easy to find, especially the google map is wrong. If you would like to have lunch or dinner here, a reservation will be better. We don’t have a reservation, unlike other Japanese restaurants, The owner is very nice to offer me and my kid a limited time to have lunch. High quality eats at a very moderate price, then pile on the fast and cheerful service, most excellent decor, view from the window, and mighty chill music, and you will be a fan too. We can all eat and learn from Hikari Kitchen. They're making it happen beautifully...

We don’t have a reservation, unlike other Japanese restaurants, The owner is very nice to offer me and my kid a limited time to have lunch. 平日のランチタイムに伺いました 以前は、Google Mapで駐車場の位置をお店と勘違いし辿り着きませんでしたが、今回はこのマップの位置にある駐車場に車を停めて、そこから歩いて数分のお店に到着です 看板で案内もありますので迷わずに到着出来ます お店は、普通の民家を改装して作られて普通の家に見えますが、玄関の横に看板があります 入店すると、開放的な空間に、一部は厨房、そしてイートスペースが広がります 座敷、テーブル、カウンターがあります 以前はえびの市にあったお店が、こちらに移転してきたようです 野菜を中心に、季節の素材や地産地消で創作料理を提供するお店です 入ると左手に厨房があり、メニューが書かれてるので、ここで注文します 3種類のランチがあり、肉系2種類、魚系1種類だったので、今回は魚系の宮崎産イシモチのハーブ焼き定食（1,600円）をオーダーしました 客層ですが、マクロビオティックのような料理（メインは肉や野菜ですが）なので、女性の1人やグループも多いですが、この日は男性の2～3人のグループも数組おられたことが少しびっくりしました 地元民よりも観光客が多いような感じでした 景色も高千穂峰を一望できる空間なので、雰囲気はいいです ご夫婦でされてるようでした 料理ですが、特に小鉢等が旬の食材を活かした創作料理で、バランスも考えられております イシモチのソテーも美味しかったです 肉より魚の方が、調理で味の引出しが大変だと思いますが、火入れも丁度良く、味付けも絶妙でした それぞれのメニューの小鉢の内容はメニューの写真を見て頂ければと思います 雰囲気も良くいいお店でした ごちそうさまでした （予約がお勧めです）
