You really don't expect to find such a nice, specialized cafe along an off beaten track. You could have easily missed it if not for the road signage. It is a must visit cafe for the serious and hard core coffee drinker. The ice cafe au lait is highly recommended

永平寺町の外れにある珈琲焙煎所。 基本的にコーヒー豆の販売メインですが、少しだけカフェスペースがあってコーヒーを飲むことができます。フードはありません。あくまでもコーヒーとカフェオレです😁 豆はブレンドとストレートとあり中浅煎り～深入りの豆がメインのようです。豆を買うときは試飲をさせてくれます。これんで、ハイ次はこれ、という感じです笑 でも言うだけあって豆の品質もよく焙煎もお上手。深煎りでも嫌味がなくスッキリ飲めます。あとアイスコーヒーは氷もコーヒーの氷なので最後まで美味しく飲めるのが◎ お会計はPayPayつかえます。駐車場は3台しか停められませんが道路挟んで向いに広い休憩スペースのようなチェーン脱着上のような場所があるので混雑時はそちらに駐車可能。（前の道は交通量が多い道なので横断注意）

店内はきれいでコーヒー豆が並んでいます。店長さん？に丁寧な接客をしてもらえます。アイスコーヒーを頼みました。氷にコーヒーが入っていて、融けても薄くならないみたいです。量はちょっと多いかなと感じました。ハーフサイズでもう少しお手頃の値段があってもいいような。 コーヒー豆専門店らしいので、水出しコーヒーで豆の特徴が出るコーヒーがあってもいいような？水出しかな？あと、豆にこだわっているなら、豆の風味とかがわかるように、ストローなしも選択できるようにしたらいいと思います。 味は、ストロー使うので、ブラックだと苦味くらいしか感じませんね。かなり深煎なのか苦味は強いほうです。 ホットコーヒーも飲んでみたいです。
