9月日曜の13時過ぎに来店すると先客二組だけですんなりと着席。福井に来てから越前そばをひたすら食べているので、ここでもおろしそばを注文。 待つこと10分弱で3人前が揃います。 麺は手打ちとの事で期待しつついただくことに。確かに特有の腰と喉越しで美味。茹で加減も少し硬めなのが良き。出汁が効いたツユも薄すぎずいい塩梅で蕎麦湯がなくても飲める濃さ。 全体的にバランスが取れていると思います。 半玉追加すると梅雨がかかった状態で提供されますが、大根おろしは乗っていないので少し寂しいかな。 置いてある一味が思いのほか辛くて質の良いものを使っているとわかります。 観光地アルアルの適当なそばではなく、本格的な手打ちがこの値段でいただけるのは良しとします。
