OK, you’re thinking “Five stars, is he sure? “. And the answer is yes, I’m sure. Fantastic food, fantastic ingredients, fantastic flavors, fantastic service (Wine was poured every time it got low and that’s like top three on service criteria.) And for the price of lunch you can’t beat it. Not sure how they can keep it that low. We are foodies and even we were impressed with the food and we were full! And unlike many of the lunch restaurants we have tried in this area, you don’t have to wait three hours to get all the courses. Can’t wait to try the dinner is much pricier but I’m sure it’s worth it. Only one thing lacking: the restaurant’s main dining area has a beautiful big window facing a small deck and garden area but it’s not a seasonal garden so very disparaging view in late autumn and winter. They could do something to make it more seasonal. This is also a coffee shop if you just need a quick jolt of Java and has a charming Wood Stove in main dining area. The owners are building a small rental home or lodge next-door so next year you can eat drink and sleep. This is my second time coming to this restaurant. It was finally a clear, refreshing autumn day, and I was able to enjoy a refreshing moment feeling the breeze outside with the doors wide open. Another feature of this restaurant is that you can enjoy the view outside.

The octopus used in the appetizer was very tender and juicy. The fettuccine topped with poached eggs was presented with an overflowing yolk. The roasted pork loin was so soft that it felt as if it had been stewed. And the accompanying eggplant was surprisingly soft and tender. The Mont Blanc dessert went well with the meringue, and the chocolate sorbet had a very mellow aroma. All the dishes were very beautiful and delicious.
