江田島市内にある手作りパン屋さんのうちのひとつ。 (ゆめタウン内のパン屋さんは、最近直営？かに変わっています) 国産小麦を使っており、妙な添加物は使用していないので、安心感があります。 店主のおばさまがとても気さくな方で、営業状況などをいろいろと教えて下さいました。 営業時間は朝6時から夕方6時。 休みは第2第4水曜日のみ。 ただし、島内のイベントがあるとそちらを優先されるとのことで、その場合にはお店自体はお休みとなります。 そのため、島外からの方は、土日は要注意です。 また、江田島市内であれば一つからでも配送してくださるとのこと。 パンの種類はさほど多くありませんが、個人的にはこれだけあれば十分だと思います。 お店はこじんまりしており派手な装飾はないので、注意しておかないと通りすぎてしまいます。 注意して訪問しましょう。

A very cute bakery with a friendly owner! Everything we tried was amazing! The focaccia could be straight from Italy - sooo delicious, the croissants were very tasty, the mini pizzas juicy and the olive rolls were fresh and good! What a nice surprise to find this little gem...
