BORNGA — Restaurant in Fujiyoshida

Visited here on a whim as it was close by to where we were staying.

Arrived at around 6pm on a Saturday and it was very quiet, low noise level, very relaxed.

Atmosphere itself was great, clean, nice to be in.

Group of 3, ordered a main dish, dessert and drinks. Total was about 7000 yen, which is very affordable considering the quality of food.

We had a slight issue with one of our meals partway through. I was very impressed by how this was handed by the store manager. It was resolved quickly, service was warm and personal, and our entire group left very happy.

Very good Korean food! Large menu with a good variety of choices. Excellent service as well. Staff will cook meat and such at the table for you. Also, the building is quite large and very modern with a more western style ambience....

友達と二人で夜に利用しましたが、まず日本語が通じるスタッフが韓国人女性だけなのとベトナム人なのか知りませんが全く日本語が話せなく注文やちょっとした会話もできなくて本当にびっくりしました。焼肉は2人前から頼まないといけないし、野菜の盛り合わせをただ出されて前菜があとから付いてきました。まずどう食べるかの説明もなければ、焼肉用とサムギョ用で鉄板を日本語喋れない外人スタッフに間違えられて焼き時間が長く、終いには炭も新しいやつで全く火力がありませんでした！どうやって食べるの？って感じです。それに焼き台の煙を吸うダクトもテーブルから繋がれているのでそれが影になってお肉の焼き加減が全くわからない。まぁどちらにせよ初めの間違いのせいで焼けませんでしたが、韓国人定員さんにそれを伝えたら凄く嫌な顔をされて態度も悪く本当に不快でした。初めての利用だったけど二度と行くことはないです！これがチェーン店だなんて笑えます。日本人スタッフは居ないので食事は不衛生な感じだったのと、お皿にも髪の毛が付いていてそれを外人スタッフに言ったら指で取ろうとしてきたので変えてくださいと言いましたが本当に信用できない対応だったのでトータルでこちらの評価です。チヂミはただの厚焼き玉子でびっくり！韓国料理で...
