看板メニューは県産牛乳を使ったソフトクリームですが、私のお目当ては「糸ピンス」。味はイチゴの1種類のみです。作る様子を見たかったのですが、スタッフさんの体でがっちりガードされており(笑)、詳細はわからず。どうやら急速冷凍したベースをロール状に削り出して作るようです。
口に運ぶと、あっさりとした甘さとふんわりほどける独特の食感。例えるなら、アイスを細い糸状に削って山盛りにしたかき氷――そんな感じです。氷のシャリっと感とも、アイスのなめらかさとも違う、不思議な口どけが楽しめました。 I visited on a weekday lunchtime, but the place was packed with customers and seemed popular with locals. Their signature dish is soft-serve ice cream made with local milk, but my goal was the "Ito Bingsu." It only comes in one flavor: strawberry. I wanted to see how it's made, but the staff member's bodies were tightly blocking my view (lol), so I couldn't see the details. Apparently, it's made by shaving a flash-frozen base into a roll.
When I put it in my mouth, I was treated to a light sweetness and a unique, fluffy texture that melted gently. It was like a mountain of shaved ice made from thin, thread-like ice cream. I enjoyed the mysterious melt-in-your-mouth texture, which was neither the crispness nor the smoothness of regular ice cream. 평일의 낮에 방문했습니다만, 객족은 끊기지 않고, 현지에서도 인기의 모습. 이 날은 불행의 비. 밖에 설치된 의자는 젖어 버려, 그 자리에서 받는 것은 단념. 간단한 지붕은 있지만, 바람도 있었기 때문에 어쩔 수 없습니다.
간판 메뉴는 현산 우유를 사용한 소프트 아이스크림입니다만, 나의 목적은 「실 핀스」. 맛은 딸기의 한 종류뿐입니다. 만드는 모습을 보고 싶었습니다만, 스탭씨의 몸으로 확실히 가드 되고 있어(웃음), 자세한 것은 모르겠다. 아무래도 급속 냉동한 베이스를 롤 형상으로 깎아내고 만드는 것 같습니다.
