欧風料理 ボンシェフ・ミタニ — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Excellent little spot for a quaint lunch just off from a busy thoroughfare. A few tables were occupied on the main floor although it was before 12 noon. A very good sign especially during the pandemic. The lunch menu had a daily special that was explained to us promptly by the friendly server as being pork saute. Although I had Ebi Fry a few days prior at a restaurant in the Nagahama Fish Market, I chose it again mainly for being curious of the offering in a French bistro style restaurant. How could it be better than what's cooked pretty much fresh off the boat? Well, I was surprised in many ways as it was definitely sublime. First of all there were 3 large shrimps instead of 2 and the accompanying tartar sauce was definitely house made by a skilled chef. I usually forego the tartar sauce as it's usually a bulk ordered mayo concoction that better suits fast food operations but this was completely something else. Will definitely look to coming back post-pandemic as both the white and red wines were well represented and reasonably priced. Bravo...

よくランチでお邪魔します。

今回はビーフシチューを注文しました。 まずスープ、サラダ。スープは時期によって変わります。とても美味しいので毎回楽しみにしてます。 さて、ビーフシチュー。ドロドロしたのをイメージしていたのですが、お肉がメインの感じで、いい意味で裏切られました。私はお肉が苦手なのですが、油っぽさがないのにとても柔らかいお肉でとても好きでした。あと、私はパンにしましたが、ご飯もできます。パンは焼いてバターが塗ってあります。焼かない、バターなしは言ったらしてもらえます。 最後にデザートとドリンク。デザートも時期によって変わります。今回はブラッドオレンジのシャーベット、洋梨のムース、フルーツのジュレでした。全部シェフの手作りでとても美味しいです。私は紅茶党ですが、炭酸が好きな人にはジンジャーエールがおすすめです。

とても雰囲気のいいお店ですが、子どもさんでも食べられるドリアやハンバーグ、パスタもあります。個人的にはハンバーグがとても好きです。また、スロープもあるので車椅子やベビーカーも入れます。とても美味しいのでぜひ行ってみてください。テイクアウトのカレー、ハンバーグ、ロール...

落ち着いた雰囲気で、寛げます。 家族経営の洋館風の佇まいで料理もおいしいが、味は普通です。量も女性向けです。 また来る理由を探しています。 次回はランチではなく、単品をたのしみたいです。ビジネスステーキは2800円、普通のランチは1400円です。簡単なコースでデザートコーヒー付きですから、ランチはコスパがよいです。ただ、倍の値段だと120gくらいのフィレステーキは男性には物足りないかも。 駐車場は6台くらいありますが、1人ずつ車で来るとすぐいっぱいになります。 駐車場に停められないと周りには駐車場...
