Secret restaurant, you need a car to get to this hidden away at the foot of a mountain, striking English garden, open fires, old beam floorboards. R4年2月 今宿のディマーレに行ってきました。 開店20分後でしたが 平日でもあったので予約無しで入店出来ました。 お店の中は 広々としており アンティーク調で 薪ストーブがあり 温かい雰囲気で かしこまらずに食事が楽しめるお店でした。今日は3850円のコース料理を注文しました。 前菜→パスタ→スープ→パン→魚料理→肉料理→デザート→コーヒーor紅茶です。 前菜からお野菜が沢山使われており 彩りも綺麗、味良し、量も満足でワクワクしながら次の料理を待ちました。 どのお料理も素材の味を楽しむ事ができ 目と舌を満足させるものばかりでした。 パンはお替わり出来ます。 いいお店を見つける事が出来ました。 メニューは日替わりとの事なので また近々行こうと思います。3月から水曜日、木曜日、日曜日が定休日だそうです。 お店にたどり着くまでに細い道が幾つかあります。小さな看板が出ていますので...
