つやざき漁港食堂 空と海 — Restaurant in Fukutsu

To put it bluntly, only the simmered taste was good. White rice is also disappointing. I want you not only to handle customers in time, but also to provide meals that are a little more delicious and memorable as a restaurant. It was disappointing because I had a good impression before.

One of our regular places around here. Fantastic for fresh seafood. I can't go past the jumbo shrimp tempura bowl. It's great, not too much tare sauce. It gets very busy at lunchtime on the weekend but service is fast and you can walk around the fishing port while you wait...

休日に連れと宗像の道の駅に行く途中に訪問しました。 小雨が降っていた為か11時30分頃到着しましたが店内は数組が先客でいた程度でした。 ちなみに駐車場は敷地内には10台程度しかスペースがありませんが、少し離れたところにもありますので満車でも諦める必要はありません。

サザエビ丼と海鮮丼をオーダーしました。

サザエビ丼はサザエ（肝から全て）と海老を甘辛の出汁で煮込んで卵でとじています。 山椒が一緒に付いてきます。 早速一口いただくと、甘辛いタレと出汁が染み込んだ卵とじの優しい味が口の中に広がります。 その後にサザエや海老のプリっとした食感が加わりなんとも良いお味です！ 見た目も味も磯の風味もあって漁師飯感満載で凄く美味しいです！ 途中から味変で山椒を振り掛けていただくとビリッとした山椒が甘めの味付けにアクセントを加えてくれます！ 二つの味が楽しめるサザエビ丼、一瞬にしてファンになりました。

続いて連れがオーダーした海鮮丼をいただきます。 ゴマダレが付いてきていたので、そのままかけていただきましま。 ゴマが素材を邪魔せず、良いアクセントになっています。 お醤油&ワサビと違ってこくが加わったようで、更に生物が苦手な方には風味も加わり非常に良いお味です！ 更にびっくりしたのはご飯が酢飯ではないんです！ 自分はお酢が得意ではないためありがたいと思ったのと同時にネタの新鮮さに自信があるんだとつくづく思いました。 こちらも本当に美味しかったです。

雨が降って窓からの景色は今ひとつでしたが晴れていれば綺麗な景色も観れると思いました。
