Don’t think you can call yourself a Wine House if you fall short of standard restaurant practices and etiquette by so much. Perhaps I’m overly critical but I’m reviewing this as a wine lover.
Quality of wine is so low it was shocking. I regret not taking a look at cellar tracker before visiting the wine house. The low scores were indeed accurate.
Price of wine was comparable to entry tier European fine wines but obviously the quality was nowhere near. Around 3500-4000yen for crappy wine.
Selection of wines were extremely limited. Seriously you shouldn’t call yourself a wine house. The vintages were also not displayed in the menu and when queried, the vintages were all recent years with one vintage per type of wine.

Unlike anywhere else in Japan they were rude about it, and they didn't seem to care that the hours online differ to the actual hours. It's a commitment to get there in the snow at night so we were not happy. Hence the 1 star review! I'd still like to eat there. Perhaps I'll have to go for lunch as the location looks like it will give...
