津軽ラーメン街道 — Restaurant in Goshogawara

At 熊本ラーメン 黒亭, I had to apologize to my family for choosing this place to eat... The noodles were perfectly cooked, but the broth and ingredients had no flavor. It was very diluted and watery. The only flavor we got was an overwhelming taste of char, and it was like I was eating charcoal. Not ramen. It was bitter and not good at all 😮‍💨 I didn't even want to drink the broth. It was like licking a burnt grill grate. And I am a pig who does not like wasting food, so that is saying something. The chashu meat was flavorless, besides the taste of bitter ashes. All 3 of us were so disappointed and decided we would not eat at the Kokutei stall again. I recommend that you try the other places in this food court.

1,000 yen per bowl. (They would have to pay me that much to eat there again)

I'm American, so if I do not get screamed at, or have food thrown at my face, or I was not completely forgotten, then the service is great.

青森県五所川原市のショッピングモール・エルムの中にある『津軽ラーメン街道』さん🍜期間により出店するお店が変わります。 今回は2025年3月2日の来訪、出店は肉中華高橋さん、横浜家系吟家ラーメン、信州濃厚味噌ラーメンしろがね、そして家族で食した『自家製麺竜葵（ほおずき）』）さんのご出店でした。 さてこのほおずきさん、なかなか読めない店名なのがイカしてます😁なんだかたべておきたい、そんな気にさせられる雰囲気を醸しています。 塩ラーメンが看板なのでそれを、またもう一つは醤油で。 いずれも澄んで油がきれいに円を描くスープが見た目の素晴らしさを演出しています。かみさんはチャーシュー小丼もオーダー。 どれも塩にこだわった感じがよく伝わる一品、何よりも適度な厚さなのが美しい。ラーメンらしいきれいな佇まいが食べた満足感につながります。 優しいお味は小学生くらいのお子様でも問題ないと思います‼️ とっても美味しい一品、他も色々ありますので津軽ラーメン街道...

熊本ラーメン「黒亭」、１１月２４日までの限定出店。. ラーメン（９００円）、チャーハン（５００円）。 津軽ラーメン街道に新しい店舗が入ったということで、 土曜日の午後４時ぐらいに訪問しました。濃い目の味が好きなので、見た目で濃そうな熊本ラーメン「黒亭」を選択。 玉子入りラーメンがおすすめとのことでしたが、まずはスタンダードなラーメンを選択。あと、お腹が結構空いていたのでチャーハンも選択しました。豚骨＋焦がしにんにく油が熊本ラーメンの特徴とのことですが、想像したよりは味は濃くありませんでした。 食べやすく美味しくいただきましたが、青森の濃い味のラーメンになれている人には物足りないかもしれません。 サービスは普通。店員も愛想があるわけではありませんが、不愛想なわけでもなく普通。 １１月２４日までの限定出店とのことですので、ぜひ...
