It is small shop that looks like a typical mom and pop shop. The people were friendly and the restaurant is well kept. There is table, counter, or floor seating (tatami mat). You definitely get more than what you pay for. The service is fast. The reason for 3 stars is that we don’t enjoy the smaller, softer noodles. The gyoza was more like a wanton which is a nice change.

This ramen shop is a hidden gem in Gotemba. Don't let its location keep you away. It is the definition of a mom and pop shop, with incredible food and even better service. They only have Japanese menu's but don't let that deter you, google translate easily makes the menu issue go away. Would highly recommend stopping by and trying their large variety of incredible...
