As a tourist coming from Takayama, the Hida beef here is good, like a superior A5 meat we had in Takayama, melts in your mouth kind. Full of flavour and tenderness is amazing. Maybe not like how some describe it like 'able to cut it even with a piece of tissue paper.

It was recommended by our Airbnb host. Not sure what to expect in a small town but we were surprised.

The price compared to Takayama is so much cheaper. Our meat include a set and added two best beef was 9000¥, similar meal in Takayama was about 16000¥, so it was very worth it for what you get. Pricy but worth the quality.

温泉巡りの最終日に岐阜県白鳥で飛田牛の焼肉屋さんを検索🔍

温泉から予約して13時に訪問させていただきました、、そこそこお客様で賑やかな感じがしました、、(個室なので声の雰囲気ですが、、)

個室でゆっくりして雰囲気もロケーションも抜群で美味しく焼肉をいただけました、、

河畔さんは飛田牛に拘りを持っておられるだけあって生肉ユッケ類は最高レベルの味わいでした、、 サーロインユッケとハラミユッケをいただきました、、ハラミユッケはジュレとマッチしてご飯が進みます、、格別な美味さだった！

次の訪問時はもっと食べたいメニューが沢山ありましたので、次が楽しみです。

地元京都で食べる飛田牛とは何故か味わいに違いがあってビックリしました、、

今回は普段食べれ無い逸品を中心に沢山注文しました、、ハラミユッケが特に印象的でした、、

飛田牛は肉にしっかり味わいがあり感動です。ほんと今回で飛田牛が大好きになりました、、

私は近江牛で育ちましたが、、飛田牛と肉質の違いにもびっくりでしたよ、、

上ホルモンも味噌ダレとバッチリ👌で匂いも無くとても美味しくいただけました。

オススメとして、レバー好きには是非とも上レバーをオススメします
