焼肉FABIO(ファビオ) — Restaurant in Hachimantai

Accessibility: Excellent. Plenty of parking for the size of the place, and it's very easy to find. Reliable hours.

Customer Experience: Excellent. They accept credit cards and e-money, and also have a loyalty stamp card. Each table has an iPad you can use to order food, instead of calling a staffer (though you can probably also call a staffer if you want). The staff are extremely polite and friendly, and the facility is comfortable, clean and nice-looking.

Food: Excellent. The tastiest yakiniku in town, in my opinion. Portions are on the lower end of medium.

Prices: Good. There are other yakiniku joints where you can spend a little less money for a similar amount of food. I wouldn't say Fabio is particularly cheap or expensive.

Fabio feels like a place that is leveraging lots of modern tools and techniques to improve its business and its customer experience, and I admire that about them. It's a scrappy place that is in many respects way ahead of the curve compared to just about any other restaurant...

We ate dinner here. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. If the restaurant is busy it may take a little while for food to arrive at the table. Our children loved the play area, and we enjoyed not having them at the table...

良かった点 ①店内が新しく、清潔 テーブルやお手洗い、キッズスペースなど綺麗にされていて気持ち良く使えました。

悪かった点 ①予約について お盆だったので、営業しているかどうか電話で確認してから行きました。 しかし、いざお店に着いてみると予約席がありました。 そこの席に来た人達はお得意様のようでしたが、わざわざ電話で確認した身としてはあまり気分が良くありませんでした。

②サービス面について ご飯お代わり無料と記載があったので、お代わりのオーダーをお願いしたところ、『ご飯なくなっちゃいました』と言われました。 でも、少し時間が経つと他のお客さんにはライスを提供されているのを見たり、予約席に通したお得意様には店員さんからお代わりしませんか？と提案してるのを見聞きしてしまいました。 私達のテーブルを担当した若い方と、お得意さんのテーブルにご飯のお代わりを提案した方は違う方でしたが、客によってサービスを変えているのでしょうか？

せめてご飯が炊き上がったのなら私達にも声がけをしたり、ご飯のオーダーを断るタイミングであと何分待って貰えれば提供できるとか言いようがあったのでは…

③定食について 生肉を掴むトング、冷麺定食に別添えで付くキムチ、焼肉のタレを忘れられていた。 ボタンを押して店員さんを呼んだにも関わらず何度か無視され、待ちぼうけしました。
