Gyoza is fantastic, kimchi and rice are free. Ramen was a 7/10. The noodles are basic and don’t hold the broth flavor. But the miso broth (rich or weak flavor) is amazing. Rich you’ll get little chunks of fat through the broth. Pretty...

メチャクチャ混んでました。相変わらず人気ですね。ライスとキムチが無料だからか、お子様連れが目立ちました。 昔は、移転前も移転後も良く来ました。当時は八戸には美味しいラーメン屋がほとんどなく、八戸に新しい風を吹き込み、八戸全体の底上げのきっかけになったお店。感謝です。m(_ _)m みそ豚骨のこってりを注文。 こってり感はなく、まろやかなスープ。チャーシューも普通。 野菜はしゃきしゃき。 メンマは細めで味は良し。 そして麺は太さは普通でコシもあるが、濁ったお湯で茹でましたね⤵️　湯切りもしっかりできてない⤵️　表面はヌチャヌチャ、臭みも残っていて、台無しです⤵️ 非常に残念でした… 忙しいからと言って、こんなものを出してはいけませんよ。 本来なら星２つですが、八戸のラーメン新時代の先駆けとなった宝介さんに敬意を払い星３つです。 追　2023．1 高い宝介が最近の物価高で他店の値上がりが続き、あまり値段が変わらなくなりましたね。 ライスとキムチの無料スタイルを維持している為、逆転してリーズナブルなお店になりました。 濃厚魚介豚骨らーめん。 スープはまあまあいいお味。脂でコッテリしてるけど食べやすい味付けです。 麺がただ固いだけでいまいち。こんな麺でしたっけ？変わった？ ３、４年振りだけど。 味玉とチャーシューは普通。 餃子とキムチは普通に美味しかったです。

追記 令和５年１０月１０日訪問 無料ライス&キムチなどの無料メニューが無くなってました😨ライスはラーメン注文に１膳のみ。キムチ、ナムル、ニラ南蛮は指定のラーメン注文で３点盛サービス。それ以外のラーメンの場合は有料。盛はかなり少なめ😟しょうがないことだが値上がりもして無料も無くなると足が向く回数が減少してしまうかな😨値上がりしても無料だけは残して欲しかったです😟 お一人様でも気兼ねなく来店できます。カウンター、テーブル席、お座敷とあるため混雑時でもあまり待たずに入店できます。混雑を避けての入店だと２時~３時辺り。 らーめんを注文すると食べれる、ライスキムチナムルニラ南蛮。 こってりもゴテゴテ過ぎず旨い。
