Japanese yakitori restaurant in Hachinohe, Japan and overall had a great dining experience. The restaurant was intimate and cozy and attentive waiters. The standout of the evening was definitely the food, with a wide range of skewered meats cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and savory, and the meat was incredibly tender. The menu offered a great selection of drinks, including a variety of sake options that complemented the food perfectly. However, I have to take off one star due to two factors. Firstly, the use of non-charcoal to cook the meat was a letdown as I feel the flavor would have been better had it been cooked over charcoal. Secondly, the smell of cigarette smoke was quite noticeable in the air, which was a bit of a disappointment for a non-smoker. Overall, the restaurant's delicious food, cozy ambiance, and attentive service make it a must-visit spot in Hachinohe.
