羽咋市石野町、片側１車線の道路沿いだがイオンタウンをはじめ郊外型商業施設が並ぶ場所に立地している。 羽咋市内の大手牛丼チェーンはこの店舗のみ。 人口の少ない田舎なのにほぼ２４時間営業しているので、仕事で遅くなった時には非常に助かる。 接客も良かった。

すき家と言えば牛肉がメインですが、カレーも好きです。炭火トロトロポークカレーを食べましたが炭火で焦げた味わいがとてもカレーとマッチしていて、個人的には大好きな一品になりました。

会社の同僚達とですが、久しぶりのすき家。 ド定番の牛丼では味気ないので、トッピング的にオクラ牛丼でオーダー。 先に皆からオーダーさせ、自分は最後に。 1番最初にオーダー出した人のが運ばれて来た位で、自分のをオーダー完了。 皆のが運ばれて来て、本当に直ぐに自分のも来た。 相変わらず早いな。 久しぶりのすき家の牛丼！ 早速一口口に運んだら、うん？こんなに味が薄かったかな？単品での豚汁も一口。 コチラも味が薄い。 地域に寄って若干味の濃い、薄いは有るが、それでも薄味だと思う。 地域性？それとも味変えた？ まぁ...
