The best waffle ever! This is a small, hidden cafe in Tsurugi town. They serve coffee, matcha, toasts and waffles. I ordered a matcha and red bean waffle and a cup of coffee. Wow, the waffle was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, exactly what a waffle should be like yet so many shops fail to do so. The coffee was also good for my taste. My friend ordered a matcha au lait which also looks super nice. A 5-star for this cafe and will definitely revisit for other kinds of waffles and toasts.
