原村のペンション近くの朝市で購入しました。スモークたまご、スモークカマンベール、スモークチーズ、鹿肉のスモークを買いました！ どれもスモークが強すぎなくて程よいので素材の味がよくわかります。 鹿肉は臭みもなくてハムみたいで美味〜！ チーズはお酒が進んでしまいます！ スモークたまごも口の中に広がる味と香りが最高！ サーモンや豚やチキンも買おうか悩みましたが今回は諦めました。次回の楽...
