Ristorante DANLO — Restaurant in Hara

What a wonderful experience!!! My wife and I live close enough to walk to this fantastic restaurant. On Friday, my wife had the day off so we could go there for the first time. She called to make a reservation and we were happy to find out that it was no problem on the same day. We did learn that if we had made a reservation the day before, we could have chosen from the other, and more expensive, set menus. Our reservation was for noon and so we started walking at 11:40. We arrived at DANLO a little after 12PM and I was very hot from quickly walking a little over 20 minutes from our home. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful outside and inside. The tables are spread apart a good distance and I felt comfortable that COVID-19 protocols were being observed. The restaurant is run by a wife and husband team. The husband is clearly a VERY talented chef and the wife is a GREAT server. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were shown to our table right away and she saw that I was hot. She offered and opened a sliding glass door next to our table and I was greatly appreciative. I was not only able to cool down, but was also able to hear the semi making their wonderful noise just outside in the forest. Also, she served each course at a good pace related to how fast we were eating. A true sign of a professional! In addition to that, she explain each dish and my wife interpreted that for me. NOW, the food! Each and every dish was not only worthy of the premium price in relation to their taste, but also the dishes and presentations were clearly of a fine dining establishment. Finally, the price for a glass of wine was a bit high, so my wife and I got a bottle of wine. The wine went so well with the food. We both loved it. It was cheaper than if my wife and I had gotten the same amount of wine per glass. If you are looking for a fine Italian dining experience, you will be beyond satisfied with DANLO in Haramura. Before leaving, my wife made a reservation for next Saturday and we will take our 6 year old daughter there. You need to give them an advanced notification if you would like a set menu...

🍽️ コース内容:🎄Christmas特別ランチ 雲丹・人参: 美しい色合いの組み合わせ。雲丹のクリーミーな舌触りと人参の甘みが絶妙で、まるでデザートのような楽しさ。 毛蟹: 丁寧にほぐされた身にフレッシュルッコラの彩り。百合根とソースが躍動感を演出し、目でも舌でも楽しめます。 トラフグ・柚子: 柚子がアクセントのリゾットで、トラフグの旨味が凝縮された一品。 鰈: パリパリの皮が香ばしいグリル。エシャロットのトッピングが可愛らしい！ ルバーブ: 爽やかなグラニテで味覚をリセット。 みつせ鶏・地元産黒トリフ: 旨味の相乗効果が楽しめる逸品。地産のフレッシュトリフの香りが豊かで、砕いた黒胡椒の効いた鶏レバペーストのクロスティーニも絶品。みつせ鶏はフランスのスロー・グロース種の赤鶏を日本で生育したもので風味と食感のバランスが良い。 ヤリイカ・春菊: 春菊のソースが新鮮な驚き。繊細なヤリイカの風味とマファルディーネパスタのバランスが絶妙。 林檎: 爽やかなドルチェの盛り合わせで、満腹でもペロリと完食。 シュトーレン: 雪化粧のシュトーレンがクリスマス気分をさらに盛り上げてくれました。

以前から一度行ってみたかったので、長野から上田へ行って、時間があったので、下諏訪の新鶴本店で塩ようかんを買ってから行きました。

時間を潰しても、まだ 30分時間があって駐車場で待っていたら、店主が開店少し前に声をかけてくれました。 女性のサービスの人は少し無愛想だったが、まあそんなものか？と思えば慣れるしか無いな。

連れ合いはパスタにして俺はリゾットにしてみました。 リゾットは米が少し固いかな？と思ったら連れ合いにそう言うものだと言われました。 味になかなか評判通りでうまかったから満足です。 春先に行った、飯田のロカンディーナ ミヤザワさんみたいな感じでした。

パンはお代わり聞かれたが頼まなかった。違う種類があればもう一つ欲しいかな？
