Sushi Zen — Restaurant in Hasami

Wanted to have sushi/sashimi for lunch and stumbled upon this gem.

Was parking in a lot across the road when the Lady Boss saw and directed me to park in their designated lot (that is also across the road). For this she kept apologising profusely, even until she served water after I sat down 😆

Ordered a plate of sashimi, and it was so delicious that I decided to order the set meal which includes a bowl of noodles, and another plate of sashimi.

Sashimi is so fresh and delicious, and I should be talking more about it, but I must say the noodles surprised me. It was healthy with generous portions of cabbage and bean sprouts (they must have dropped half a cabbage in there! There are other ingredients in there like clams but the amount of cabbage...wow); the broth was nevertheless rich and wholesome and so well balanced. I lament I do not have more stomach space to injest more.

Definitely a restaurant worthwhile to have a meal. No one will be...

런치는 짬뽕과 스시가 함께 제공되는 셋트(1200엔)를 주문했는데, 식사후에는 디저트로 약간의 과일과 진한 커피가 제공되었다. 가성비 극강이었다! 짬뽕은 양배추가 많이 들어가 있고 돼지고기를 베이스로하여 바지락으로 감칠맛을 끌어올린 계속해서 땡기는 국물이었다. 소식하는 일본에서 식사를 왠만함 남긴적이 없는데, 짬뽕의 양이 상당하기에 남기는 불상사가😆
