I saw the light, and it was Karaage.

Love at first sight doesn’t exist, but “they” have never made eye contact with this karaage. I walked in this place thinking I’d just grab a snack… and I left spiritually awakened.

First bite? Crunchy, tasty, just amazing. It was like a thousand tiny angels tap dancing on my taste buds. The chicken is so juicy it should come with a warning label—Caution: May cause happy tears.

Now, let’s talk about that tsukemono. Usually pickles are just a sidekick, but this one? Oscar-worthy performance. The takuan is refreshing, and with just enough sass to cut through the fried glory like a palette ninja. Honestly, I’d buy a jar and keep it next to my bed. Don’t ask.

The people working here are also great. They’re happy working here, and they offered me a warm and friendly welcome. They know they’re doing something good. For the greater good.

黒酢あんかけ唐揚げ定食→甘辛い唐揚げでした。 今回だけなのか、唐揚げがカリカリに揚げすぎていたように感じました。　Googleで他の店舗等の唐揚げの画像を見ましたが、明らかに違っていたように思います。　個人的な感想ですので、皆さんの参考になれば嬉しいと思います。

先日お邪魔して店内のカウンターで食事をしていた時のことです。この時は何事もなく美味しい唐揚げ定食が運ばれてきました。しかし問題はその後でオープンキッチン？って言うんですかね客席とキッチンが繋がっているのにその場でミスした男性店員さんに対して別の男性店員さんが大きな声で怒鳴り、仕事の合間で疲れを癒しにきたのに何故か自分達までピリピリした空気の中で食事を強いられました。その後食べ終わってスマホを触っていると怒鳴られた子はすくんでしまい元気だったのにお茶のおかわりを頼んだ時には元気がなくなってしまいキッチンと客席間に雰囲気の差がありました。その後怒鳴っていた男性店員さんはそのミスした子を睨むように目で追い回しミスした子も働きづらそうに裏に行ってしまいました。せっかく質のいい唐揚げを食べられて嬉しかったのに退席する頃には何故か不愉快で胃に入ったものも出てきそうなぐらいでした。スピード命なのかわからないですけど大声で怒鳴るのは他の客に失礼であると思いました。ミスの指摘の仕方ももう少し優しくしてあげて欲しいです。そうすればこちらとしても美味しく雰囲気のいい店で食事ができます。また行くかどうかわからないですが次行く時には明るい雰囲気の店で食事がしたいです。もし改善されてなければ2度と行くことはないでしょう。これに関しては自分の友達も同じことを言ってました。...
