レトロなネット喫茶 善し処 — Restaurant in Hirosaki

I mean seriously, what a cool place. I was spending a lax final day in Hirosaki, looking around for places to lounge, and found this gem on my map. It was on the side of town that I believe foreigners like me walk less, as it's behind the station, so I wasn't sure how I'd be received.

However, I was nothing but welcome while I was there. The owner Miyazaki San is a man of many words, and he knows English quite well due to his time abroad. Even though I was the first foreigner to visit his store, he welcomed me with open arms.

There were a few locals there that night and we had quite a blast, singing the night away!

The environment is truly a snapshot of the past. If you have time, I urge you to go upstairs to see the Showa era style rooms. He has toys, comics, records for days!
