広島でお好み焼きを是非！と、飛び込みで訪問。 暖簾をくぐると鉄板からのソースが香ばしく、鼻をくすぐります。 アツアツの鉄板の上で、ヘラを使って食べるスタイルはご当地ならでは！私にとっては初挑戦、隣の常連さんの仕草を真似ながら頬張りました。 味の方は、しっとり焼そばにソースが絡む部分とパリッとしたおコゲが絶妙に絡み合う最高の一品です。重たい鉄の重しをギュッと押し付けるスタイルこそ、トラディショナルである。と、店主は申されており、そこには30年間店の味を守り抜いた自信と実績が裏打ちされていました。絶え間ない出前の電話と鉄板の煙が、地元に愛されている証でしょう。 アットホームなお店で我々のような他所者でも暖かく迎えてくれました。お祖母様、お母様、お手伝いさん、本当にありがとうございました。いつまでも御身体に気をつけてご商売なさって下さい。そして、息子さ...
