いたりあ食堂 ガンベロ — Restaurant in Hitachi

Came here for some light refreshments and dessert with my wife and a friend of hers. The restaurant is located off a semi-busy street with a small parking space directly outside of the restaurant. The restaurant is quite welcoming with a homey ambience. It is Italian inspired so there are small artworks and trinkets around the space from Europe. There is ample room for seating with tables as well as a few chairs at the bar.

I ordered a Cappucino and a Creme Bruleé. The Creme Bruleé was delicious! The custard was delicate and creamy. The sugar complemented the smooth, velvety taste of the custard with a touch of bitterness. My wife enjoyed what looked like brownies, I tried one and to my surprise were not as rich as I had expected. The desserts were both served with a small portion of fruit. The fruit gave a nice refreshing burst of flavour upon each spoonful of my Creme Bruleé, a different taste each time.

When it was time to leave we took a couple of pictures together, the staff were kind enough to offer to take the photos for us. The owner who was a friend of my wife's friend even came out to say hello, which was a nice way to conclude our catch up.

テイクアウト出来ると知り、直接伺いました。

お店の外にテイクアウトのメニューが書いてあり、店員さんに声をかけたらテイクアウトは電話でしか受け付けていません。と言われましました。 なので、お店の外でテイクアウトのメニューを見ながら電話をかけたら全然出ない。 何度もかけてやっと出たと思ったら 店内優先なので、忙しい時は電話は出れません。と。キレ気味で言われました。 テイクアウトしたいと伝えたら、テイクアウトの受付は、お店の営業が始まる10時半くらいから11時くらいまでの受付だそうです。 今なら、夜のテイクアウトなら受付できるけど。という態度でした。断りました。

ガンベロ、大好きだったのでとても残念です。 SNSやHPがなく、テイクアウトの情報など一切載っていないので伺ったのですがこの態度でした。

イライラするくらいなら最初に伺った時にきちんと説明するか、外の看板に書いておくなど、お店側も対応出来るのではないでしょうか。

日曜日のランチをいただきにうかがいました。駐車場は店の前に3台、国道6号沿い（お店の裏）に４台止められます。カニ味噌のクリームパスタを発注。最初にミネストローネスープが次にサラダが届きます。スープがよく煮込まれていて美味しい！パスタは、カニ味噌の味が濃くて濃厚でした！野菜たっぷりと謳っているだけあって、本当にたっぷりのお野菜がいただけました。連れのシラスとキャベツのペペロンチーノもさっぱりと美味しかったです。連れのえび味噌のグラタンも、えび味噌が真ん中にしっかり入っていて、蟹とは違う味わい深さがありました。そして、デザート！チョコケーキもブリュレも美味しい！！飲み物はグレープフルーツジュースにしましたが、甘くなくてさっぱりしました。ピザもおいしそうで、追加...
